Red Bull boss Christian Horner has risked reigniting his war of words with Zak Brown after making derogatory remarks about the McLaren supremo on camera.
The trailer for the seventh season of the Netflix hit docuseries 'Drive to Survive' was released on Friday, giving a teaser of the best footage and dramatic scenes from the 2024 season.
Midway through the 90-second video clip, the camera pans to Brown during a telephone conversation where the American is heard saying: "We'll see if we can get him to crack."
And there are no prizes for guessing who he was referring to, as the next clip shows Horner describing Brown using an offensive remark, saying: "Zak is a p***k."
Their feud dates back to the cost cap controversy in 2023, where Red Bull were fined for exceeding the maximum amount allowed by the FIA.
Brown wrote a letter to the FIA laying out his views on how a breach should be dealt with, which Horner appeared to take as an attack on his team.
Brown then called for Red Bull to be punished if they had broken the FIA's regulations by using a device to change the ride height on their car during parc ferme conditions.
Horner hit back at Brown, revealing that there had "moaning" from rival teams as he welcomed the FIA's investigation.
Red Bull were eventually cleared, and Horner suggested Brown had used deflection tactics to distract from McLaren's own troubles.
"I think there's been a bit of moaning from one of our rivals," he said in October.
"And it's the FIA's job to look into these things. It's on a list of the open-source components, so it's been publicly available for the last three years. The FIA are happy with it, I think, just to satisfy perhaps some paranoia elsewhere in the paddock."
Horner added: "I feel that it's sometimes to distract from perhaps what's going on in your own house, then sometimes you try to light a fire somewhere else?"
The bad blood between the two bosses also bubbled away during the title fight between Max Verstappen and Lando Norris, with several barbs exchanged during a series of incidents throughout the campaign.
Verstappen and Norris first clashed in Austria, before the Dutchman ran the Briton off the track in Mexico. But Verstappen had the last laugh in the end as he claimed his fourth world title in a row.
However, McLaren may believe they got the better of their rivals after snatching the Constructors' Championship from Red Bull's grasp, beating Ferrari to the punch.
And with the 2025 season set to begin in two weeks' time, there could be more fireworks to come between the two high-ranking men.
