Max Verstappen had commented in the heat of the moment and said some unconventional things about George Russell.
The 26-year-old responded with his side of the story and slammed Verstappen for disrespecting the latter.
However, despite Russell’s conviction, Lando Norris sided with the Dutchman in the matter regardless of fighting with the former recently.
Norris had his fair share of issues with Verstappen in the past but moved on from them now.
The Briton reckoned that the championship winner didn’t want to ‘intimidate’ the rivals but just put forth his opinion.
Moreover, the Dutchman said the harsh truth that people didn’t like hearing in life.
The Englishman reiterated that the 27-year-old was honest and just gave his opinions.
I don’t think Max tries to intimidate, he just says the truth in his opinion. A lot of the time he says the truth about things and people don’t like to hear the truth nowadays in life. He is honest and just gives his opinion.
Lando Norris told Sky Sports
Max Verstappen shared his response to George Russell’s recent comments in public. Verstappen called Russell a bully and a loser amidst the latter’s comments.
The Dutchman reckoned that the 26-year-old lied and pasted ‘things together’ that didn’t make sense.
Yes, but George is a bully. That he brings all this stuff in. He’s just a loser. He lies and pastes all kinds of things together that are not true. I only gave my opinion about his behaviour with the stewards. He’s clearly not into that. What he said about 2021, that’s how it went down with the stewards. He insinuates a lot of things that don’t make sense.

The 2024 season finale is right around the corner with multiple interesting situations left to pan out.
The constructors’ championship is yet to be decided between Ferrari and McLaren.
Verstappen has already been hailed as the drivers’ champion and doesn’t need to worry much about that. Hence, the upcoming Abu Dhabi GP will be quite interesting for the fans and the drivers.
