What a way to start the new year! The real estate mogul took to Instagram to show his car being unloaded from an enclosed trailer truck that delivered it to a dealership in Newport Beach.
He hasn't revealed how much he paid to have a Bugatti Bolide in his one-of-a-kind garage, full of limited-edition models, because that's Manny: he wouldn't go for anything but limited series.
The hypercar starts at $4.7 million, even before options.
The Bugatti Bolide is set in motion by a quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter W16 that pumps out 1,578 horsepower and 1,180 pound-feet (1,600 Newton meters) of torque.
The W16 has to pull only 3,196 pounds (1,450 kilograms). That's how the Bolide hits a top speed of 256 mph.
Bugatti unveiled the insane machinery four years ago in the shape of an experimental study. Never did it cross our minds that the French automaker would actually roll out a production model based on that concept.
However, it sent the model to the assembly line. Some of the first customers have already received their model, and Manny Khoshbin is one of them.
Despite the massive amount of money he paid for it, he won't be able to take it for a spin around his home in Newport Coast, California.
The car is not even street-legal. This means he will have to trailer it to the track, have his fair share of fun, and then trailer it back home.
The first Bolide for the US market arrived in Austin, Texas, last fall. Finished in black with blue accents, the model was rated at $5 million.
Its owner has already tested it around the Circuit of the Americas.
Manny's track beast is also painted black with toned-down blue accents and a cleaner overall appearance. He posted a video of the car being unloaded from the trailer.
The model reportedly rolled down on delivery wheels and tires, which are smaller than those specced by the owner.
The car collector's Bolide is one of the 40 to see the light of day. All of them have already been spoken for.
His relationship with the manufacturer probably sent him to the top of the shortlist. The Bolide is his fourth Bugatti.
However, his favorite is the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren. He's got nine of those and is always in search of the perfect model, so it probably won't take long until we see number 10 arriving in his garage.
