The premium Japanese automaker is about to wrap up 2024 with a great sales result in America.
That's owed to the abundance of models in the lineup – it still has many sedans and sports cars, including coupe and convertible models, as well as an extensive family of crossovers and SUVs – unlike many of its direct rivals.
As far as the high-riding models are concerned, clients have the option to buy anything from a 2025 Lexus UX Hybrid starting at less than $38k and going through NX (plus NX Hybrid and NX Plug-in Hybrid), RZ, RX (plus RX Hybrid and PHEV), and TX (plus TX Hybrid and PHEV) crossovers while the SUV representatives are the all-new GX and the mighty LX flagship.
The latter started at $94k for the 2024 model year, but now Lexus offers the 2025MY with subtle enhancements that mostly upgrade the interior and associated technology.
However, besides new perks like the Moon Desert color exclusive to Overtrail and the fresh Monolith interior color theme, there's also the crucial arrival of the new Lexus LX 700h with a hybrid powertrain using a development of the company's 3.4-liter twin-turbo V6.
So, the 2025 Lexus LX now starts at no less than $107k while the first-ever electrified Lexus LX 700h kicks off at more than $115k – and also comes with 457 combined horsepower plus full-time 4WD instead of 409 hp like on the ICE-powered model.
Anyway, if you want to make your new 2025 Lexus LX – especially the 700h – fancier and cooler to make sure you stand out in any crowd, here's a suggestion.
This idea comes courtesy of a member of the imaginative guild of digital car content creators dwelling around the parallel universes of vehicular CGI - Musa Rio Tjahjono, a virtual artist better known as musartwork on social media, was inspired by his love for everything JDM and decided to create his latest CGI design project based on the Lexus LX.
His version is dressed in widebody attire, and it's merely Level One – but we reckon that he's already dialed the full-size body-on-frame flagship SUV to eleven.
That's all thanks to the wacky use of a fully forged carbon fiber aerodynamic kit consisting of all the usual elements, including the wider fender flares, but also of a full-fat replacement hood!
He's also ready to top all that with Musart forged aftermarket wheels, a contrasting Satin Black PPF by GSWF, as well as a very bold interior customization choice, as the cockpit is heavily inspired by Tiffany & Co.
So, what do you think of the forged carbon fiber x Satin Black PPF over teal interior treatment?
