All-New Nissan Patrol (Armada) gets virtually cooler with Shadow Line and larger wheels

Indeed, everything started early in November when it turned out things were so bad that Nissan sold a portion of its stake in Mitsubishi… back to Mitsubishi, and it also cut 9k jobs worldwide along with reducing the global production capacity.

Then we quickly heard the company had about a year of life left in it, mainly because the lack of hybrids was killing the automaker.

However, it soon became clear that a knight in shiny armor would come to the rescue – Nissan decided to bring back Jeep's former CEO Christian Meunier, who returns to the brand as the new chairman of Nissan America.

Globally, the solution was intensely reported by the rumor mill – a merger between Nissan and Honda.

It quickly became official, and if approved, the new holding company would bring Honda and Nissan under its umbrella to form one of the biggest carmakers in the world.

There is also good news in this debacle – the sedans are still there, like the 2025 Sentra, which is affordable, efficient, and looks good.

Also, the Nissan Armada full-size off-road SUV is finally worthwhile and also costs the same for the 2025 model year as its predecessor, despite the massive upgrades brought by the new generation.

Twinned with the latest Nissan Patrol sold overseas, the third-generation Armada has a powerful 3.5-liter turbo V6 in place of the old-school 5.6-liter V8 that brings to life a lot more ponies – 425 of them, to be more precise.

The styling is completely new despite keeping up with the boxy appearances, and the technology embedded inside reveals how old the predecessor Nissan Patrol/Armada series really was – the jump truly reveals a decade's worth of advancements.

However, maybe folks would like to spice things up a little bit further for their all-new Nissan Patrol or Armada.

No worries, the parallel universes of vehicular CGI have the members of the imaginative guild of digital car content creators on standby even so close to the New Year celebrations.

So, if you want a new resolution added to your to-do list for 2025 and you plan on buying a 2025 Nissan Patrol or Armada, Nikita Chuicko, the virtual artist better known as kelsonik on social media, has some advice on how to make it subtly cooler without breaking the bank yet still modding it ready to stand out in any crowd.

More precisely, the pixel master has taken the 2025 Nissan Patrol 3.5T (but the process also applies to the Armada; they're essentially the same vehicle through and through) and fitted a white-and-black dual-tone example with his signature CGI Shadow Line treatment along with a lowered suspension and two sets of aftermarket wheels. Cool, right?
